My son is watching children’s comedies and every time he laughs he is doing 25 kettle bell swings. (Besides his normal daily 50).

I asked him why.

“I have to learn to control myself and my emotions.”

He has developed a new way to train his mind.

He hasn’t laughed in almost half an hour.

I asked “do you now have total control of your emotions?”

He replied “Almost. But I got to find a real funny video to test myself.”

I tricked him into laughing. Time for more kettlebells.
