What Coaching Is, and Is Not

Coaching is a structured, time-limited engagement designed to build specific skills and produce measurable change in your life. It is not open-ended emotional support, and it is not therapy.

Noah Revoy is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. Coaching does not replace professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a clinical condition, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, or suicidal ideation, you should seek appropriate professional help.

All advice and guidance provided in coaching is designed to help you make better choices yourself. I will never choose for you. You are always responsible for your own decisions and actions, and for the consequences that follow from them.

Payment Terms

Payment is required before coaching sessions begin. Two options are available:

• Full payment upfront: the entire package fee is paid before the first session.
• Structured monthly installments: the total amount is divided into monthly payments according to an agreed schedule.

Important: The installment plan is not a subscription. It is a commitment to the full agreed amount, paid in monthly increments. By agreeing to an installment plan, you are responsible for completing the full payment schedule regardless of whether you continue sessions. If you stop paying before the plan is complete, remaining sessions will be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

All payments are made through online systems such as PayPal or the booking platform.

Refund Policy

All sessions are strictly non-refundable.

This is not arbitrary. It is deliberate. Non-refundable sessions ensure that you take the work seriously, complete the program, and get the full value of the coaching engagement. In my experience, when refunds are available, clients are less committed, less consistent, and get significantly worse outcomes. This policy exists to protect your investment in yourself.

Scheduling & Availability

My available session times can be found through the booking link I provide. If you need a time outside of my posted availability, you may request one, but I cannot guarantee it.

Sessions book up quickly. If you want a specific time, I recommend booking two to three weeks ahead, or longer during busy periods. You are not guaranteed any particular time slot.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

You may reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the session is due to start.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the session is forfeited and counts as used. You will need to purchase an additional session or accept fewer remaining sessions in your package.

No-Shows & Late Arrival

If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session counts as used.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. I do not extend sessions to compensate for late arrivals.

Session Expiry

All sessions in a purchased package must be used within one year of the date of purchase. Unused sessions expire after one year and are non-refundable.

Support Services

Text and email support between sessions is limited to the topics being addressed in your coaching program. It is not a general advice service.

I will respond to support messages within two business days during normal business hours. I am not available on-call or outside of working hours for non-emergency communication.

Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 16 years of age. Parental or guardian consent is required for anyone under 18.

Intellectual Property

All coaching methodologies, frameworks, materials, and systems used in our work together are the intellectual property of Noah Revoy. You may not redistribute, resell, or teach them without explicit written permission.

Coach Cancellation

If I need to cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, I will reschedule at no cost to you. You will never be charged for a session I cancel.

Termination

Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time. If you choose to discontinue coaching, unused sessions remain non-refundable and outstanding installment payments remain due.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first. If informal resolution is not possible, the matter will be referred to mediation. All disputes are governed by the laws of Portugal and fall under Portuguese jurisdiction.

Acceptance

By booking and paying for coaching services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, as well as the Privacy Policy.
